#BiggBoss10: Introducing the 13 dhamakedaar shortlisted contestants of Bigg Boss Dus..

COLORS’ marquee reality show Bigg Boss has had the entire nation waiting in anticipation ever since the announcement that its gates have been opened to the aam aadmi to participate as contestants. As the show launches this weekend to create history, for the first time, a combination of celebrity contestants and the common man will live in the spotlight.

After months of auditions and scrutiny, for the first time ever, Bigg Boss announces the names of some of the shortlisted common man contestants who will engage in a battle of wits and entertainment with celebrities.

Scoured from every nook and cranny of the country, these contestants have all the traits and elements required to turn Bigg Boss into an entertainment bonanza. From investment bankers to businessmen, from entrepreneurs to corporate professionals, and from teachers to students, the Bigg Boss house will host a spectrum of personalities. Bringing in their own unique twist to the show, here’s a quick dekko of the common man contestants who promise to add tons of tadka and masti to the show.

Kajol Tyagi:  A 23-year-old actor and YouTube enthusiast girl, Kajol hails from Mumbai and has roots in Kashmir. She is passionate about dancing and loves to relax. We can already feel the trouble brewing for this sleep-lover.
 

Ruchika Singh: A movie buff and party animal, this 39-year-old loves to read and travel. Does this mean entertaining drama is in the offing? 

Priyanka Jagga: Dilli ki kudi, Priyanka is a 32-year-old marketing recruiter and her passion lies in playing badminton and travelling expeditions. Wonder what the journey has in-store for her?


Lokesh Kumari Sharma: A foodie at heart, Lokesh Kumari is a 25-year-old student from Delhi who loves to dance, travel, sing and live her life to fullest. Will this seemingly simple girl take the Bigg Boss house by storm?


Nitibha Kaul:  She is a 23-year-old account strategist who lives in Delhi and holds interest in dancing, music, reading, singing, and swimming. A pretty girl, will she win over the hearts of the men in the house?

Mandira Chauhan: Fondly known as Mandy, Mandira works at a radio station in Pune, loves going on road trips and enjoys house parties. But with limitations on food, we wonder long it will be before the Bigg Boss party ends for her?!


Manoj ‘Manu’ Punjabi:  A businessman by profession and a true blue romeo by nature, Manoj enjoys smooth-talking the ladies. Originally from Jaipur, Manu loves watching cartoons and takes interest in mimicry. Will this help him get on his fellow contestants’ nerves? 


Manveer Gurjar: Owner of a dairy farm, this 29-year-old man is a gym enthusiast and loves playing Kabaddi and wrestling. Will he use kabaddi and his simple charm to win over the ladies? 


Navin Prakash: A teacher by profession, this 26-year-old man is originally from Bihar and enjoys reading, listening music and writing. What lessons will this teacher impart?


Pramod Dahiya: A writer, sports enthusiast and an actor, this multifaceted boy hails from Haryana and lives in Mumbai.  His interest lies in reading and listening to old music. Wonder how his simplistic personality will resonate with the fellow contestants?!

Nikhil Mehta: A music enthusiast and cricket lover, this 24-year-old actor and singer from Mumbai is quite an entertainer. So, is he going to be the centre of attention?


Dev Devgan: Boisterous and energetic by nature, Dev is a 30-year-old businessman who lives in Ludhiana and enjoys dancing especially doing Bhangra. Will his energy impress or annoy?


Firoz Khan: Adventurous and fun-loving, 27-year-ols Firoz loves river rafting, bungee jumping, and cycling. Will his adventurous persona appeal to the ladies or turn them off?

Adding some twist to their life, these contestants will have to fight one final battle before they step into the Bigg Boss house and take the entire nation by storm! So who will survive and whose dreams will be quashed one tiny step before being realized?
