Since past two months, Sundeep Malani had filled the Facebook wall with his films from the past to the present as it was supposed to be Malani Film Festival on Facebook. We got to see links, photos, videos, trailers and songs of his previous films right from his old South Indian
Films to the recent ones SMS 6260, Jo Jo Laali and Shaayad. And coming out of Facebook, he has come out with the Festival on Big Screen.
And the main attraction of this Film Festival will be the Premiere of his new short sensual film, Shaayad, which has gained a lot of curiosity after
Malani released a few hot pix of the starcast and the promo video. Since the time, it went on air (on facebook), the excitement has raised.
Malani also has plans to showcase the much delayed film Woh 5 Din. Not the film, but its showreel to keep the festival going.
And in the menu is another short film, Hum Tum Aur Loan.
The event will be held on Saturday, 5th February 2011 at a Private Screening Venue in Andheri and will be attended by Bollywood Celebrities and Facebook Friends.
All the films being scripted and directed by Sundeep Malani. Actress Kalpana Pandit and the cast and crew of other films will also be present. It is obvious that the artists Jenica and Viveik of Shaayad will not be at the venue as Jenica is honeymooning and Viveik is at his hometown due to a death in the family.
The event is organised by House Of Pandit, Filmalani, Bless Films and Pr, Eon Films and its a Malani Talkies presentation.
